the Earthlings started communicating across great distances.

Firstly through wires and later the wide creamy sky.

It spiralled wildly and extended in all directions, they even placed great dishes in the higher sky to bounce the incessant chattering all around.
Thus the world became a wondrous brain unto itself, a great super mind revolving through the heavens with each individual being a gloriously complex living cell within the whole.

Any threat to the human organism now had to face the combined intellect of billions each with trillions of their own cells all dancing beautifully with one another, breathing, growing, eating, adapting, evolving...

Until GOD herself Lol-ing opened a twitter and facebook account,

Down the aeons man made careful measure and recorded the spin and the spreel of the heavenly wheel.
